How can I buy an engagement ring online?
At present, Vitt Jewels does not offer online purchasing for engagement rings.
To make this special purchase seamless, our "CUSTOMER SERVICE" Team is available to assist you over the phone. We offer a curated selection of our exquisite engagement rings, with secure delivery to your door—including all certificates and documentation.
Where will the item be engraved?
For items purchased on VITT JEWELS LTD, the optimal placement for engraving will be carefully determined by our expert engravers.
Please note that engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How do I track my online order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
How do I know if my return has been received?
Please allow up to 10 working days, from the day your return has been received back with us, for returns to be processed. Once the return has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Can I ship my order to a location outside of the UK?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. For delivery options and times outside of the UK.
Are VITT JEWELS LTD products insured when shipped?
Yes, all Vitt Jewels orders are fully insured until they are delivered to you. If your package appears to be missing after the delivery status shows as complete, please contact our "Client Care Centre" immediately. We may initiate an investigation with the carrier to determine the cause and ensure a resolution.
